Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of Micro, a mobile app with quick trivia, daily brain games, achievements, progress tracking, and optional content.

By using Micro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of Micro

Micro is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

Local App Data

Micro is designed to be local-first. App progress, settings, achievements, history, and game stats may be stored locally on your device.

If you delete the app, reset local data, replace your device, or import a different data file, some or all local progress may be lost or changed.

Exporting and Importing Data

Micro may allow you to export and import local app data. Exported files may contain profile settings, progress, XP, achievements, history, and game stats.

You are responsible for exported files after you create them, including where you save, store, or share them. Importing a data file may replace or modify existing local app data.

Trivia and Game Content

Micro includes trivia questions, explanations, and game content for entertainment and general knowledge purposes. We try to keep content accurate and appropriate, but we do not guarantee that all content will be error-free, complete, or current.

Daily Limits, Progress, and Achievements

Micro includes daily play limits, XP, streaks, achievements, history, and other progress features. These features are part of the app experience and may change over time.

We may adjust game rules, rewards, categories, question packs, achievements, limits, or other app features in future updates.

In-App Purchases

Micro may offer optional in-app purchases, including content packs, challenge packs, or removing ads.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your purchase is subject to Apple's payment terms and policies. We do not process or store your payment card information.

Purchased content or features are intended for use in Micro and may depend on App Store availability, device compatibility, and the version of the app you are using.

Ads and Rewarded Ads

Micro may show ads, including banner ads and rewarded ads.

Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, you may receive an in-app benefit, such as access to a retry or continuation feature. We do not guarantee that ads will always be available.

Ads may be provided by third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob.

No Accounts

Micro currently does not require a user account. App data is primarily stored on your device. If account, sync, or online features are added in the future, additional terms may apply.

Ownership

Micro, including its design, branding, game systems, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reuse Micro's content or assets except as allowed by law or with our permission.

App Store Terms

If you download Micro from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for Micro, except as required by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Micro is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Micro.

Changes to Micro or These Terms

We may update Micro or these Terms from time to time. If we update these Terms, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of Micro after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or stop providing Micro, or restrict access to features, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the app or a feature.
